Hey gang. I hope everyone who reads this is doing great (everyone else can feel bad). This past month of April has really opened my eyes to how complex, energy draining, emotional, and how much all photography is truly an art form. I have started buying many UK-based magazines focused solely on Digital SLR photography, with some aimed more towards the Photoshop crowd. Each photographer I meet, magazine I read, or comment I receive is helping me find my place in the design of things, teaching me how I want my photos to impact people. SIPs: Stories in Photography

My dreams have finally come to fruition. At least the starting stages. I stayed up until 2:30 am yesterday and for about five hours today working on my first SIP (or Story in Photography). The idea of SIPs came about when I realized that I wanted to combine my love for creative writing with my separate but equal love of photography, making them one. Today, The Abandoned Farm Series, has sprung up out of the ground. It still needs much water and sunlight in these first stages, and in later stages it will need pruning, but I can say that I am happy with the results so far.
